Abstract

This article presents information on four countries with mixed economies, a public sector, a developing cooperative sector, small-scale artisanal production, and the preservation of patriarchal agriculture. Industrialization is of decisive importance in the development of the economy of countries, and fundamental changes took place in the structure of production and export during this period. In Singapore, the economy has acquired a post-industrial character.
